Ingredients:

• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 – Carrot (medium sized)
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – boiled Potato
• 1 – Cabbage (small)
• 1 – cup sprouted moong dal (par-boiled)
• 1 cup – sprouted kala Channa (boiled, optional)
• 1/2 kg – sweet Curd
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder, freshly made
• Salt to taste
• Coriander, finely chopped

Method:

  1. Dice all vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Add pepper, salt, and a little coriander to the curd, and beat it nicely.
  3. Mix all diced vegetables and sprouts into curd. If you like, you can add chopped green chilli too.
  4. Garnish with jeera powder and coriander and serve chilled.
