
Ingredients:
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 – Carrot (medium sized)
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – boiled Potato
• 1 – Cabbage (small)
• 1 – cup sprouted moong dal (par-boiled)
• 1 cup – sprouted kala Channa (boiled, optional)
• 1/2 kg – sweet Curd
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder, freshly made
• Salt to taste
• Coriander, finely chopped
Method:
- Dice all vegetables into small pieces.
- Add pepper, salt, and a little coriander to the curd, and beat it nicely.
- Mix all diced vegetables and sprouts into curd. If you like, you can add chopped green chilli too.
- Garnish with jeera powder and coriander and serve chilled.
