Ingredients:
• 500 g – bendi
• 1/2 cup- Coconut
• Chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Cashew – a few
• Oil to fry
Method:
- First wash the bendi and spread it on a paper to dry.
- Cut them into small round slices.
- Heat oil in kadai and deep-fry the slices till they become crispy.
- Next deep-fry coconut and then cashew nuts and add them to fried bendi.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in pan, splutter mustard . Then add channa dal and urud dal
- Then add above mixture, salt and chilli powder and mix properly. Heat it for some time till raw smell of chilli powder goes
- Serve with rice, chappti or naan
