Ingredients:

• 2 cups – desiccated Coconut
• 2 cups – Milk
• 4 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Boil the milk and the desiccated coconut together.
  2. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Beat the eggs and the sugar together till frothy then mix in the cold milk and coconut.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into a custard bowl and steam till the custard is cooked.
  6. Serve cold.
