
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – desiccated Coconut
• 2 cups – Milk
• 4 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
Method:
- Boil the milk and the desiccated coconut together.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Beat the eggs and the sugar together till frothy then mix in the cold milk and coconut.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a custard bowl and steam till the custard is cooked.
- Serve cold.
