Ingredients:
• 6 – Egg whites
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Coconut – 1.5 cup
• Vanilla essence – a few drops
• Cherries for decoration
Method:
- In a heavy bottom pan, put egg white and sugar and place over low flame.
- Stir continuously till sugar melts, remove and keep aside. Then add grated coconut and mix well, till it becomes thick.
- Make desired shapes and place a cherry in the centre and arrange in a baking tray.
- Pre heat oven for 5 to 10 mins, then place baking tray in it and bake till it turns light golden brown.
- Remove and store in air-tight containers.
