Ingredients:

• 6 – Egg whites
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Coconut – 1.5 cup
• Vanilla essence – a few drops
• Cherries for decoration

Method:

  1. In a heavy bottom pan, put egg white and sugar and place over low flame.
  2. Stir continuously till sugar melts, remove and keep aside. Then add grated coconut and mix well, till it becomes thick.
  3. Make desired shapes and place a cherry in the centre and arrange in a baking tray.
  4. Pre heat oven for 5 to 10 mins, then place baking tray in it and bake till it turns light golden brown.
  5. Remove and store in air-tight containers.
