Ingredients:

• 2.5 cups -coconut Milk
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Rice
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 3 pistachios, crushed coarsely
• 5 almonds, crushed coarsely

Method:

  1. Bring to boil the coconut milk
  2. Add rice, and let it cook fully
  3. Add boiled milk
  4. Keep stirring continuously until the mixture becomes thick.
  5. Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and leave it on stove on medium flame until the mix thickens.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
