Ingredients:
• 1 cup – fresh Coconut
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1 Onion – chopped finely
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp -cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – amchur powder
• Oil to fry.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients with 1 tbsp oil and add a small amount of water to make a stiff dough.
- Make small balls and flatten them. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
