Ingredients:
• 4 cup – Milk or 1 pack – Coconut Milk diluted to get 4 cup of Milk
• 2 cup – Basmati Rice or any other raw Rice
• 3 – green chillies, slit lengthwise
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil, or Ghee or Butter
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 3 – Cardamoms
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 tsp – all spice powder / Garam Masala powder
Method:
- Heat oil or ghee in a vessel or rice cooker.
- Add the cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and spice powder and saute for a few mins
- Now add the turmeric powder, salt, washed rice and 4 cups of coconut milk and cook on low heat till the rice is done.
- Serve with ball curry or chicken curry.
