Ingredients:

• 1 – Coconut
• 8 – Red Chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida
• 2 tsp – oil
• A little – Tamarind

Method:

  1. Grate the coconut.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil and fry red chillies, urad dal, asafoetida until they turn light brown. Keep aside.
  3. Add coconut and fry till brown
  4. Add a little tamarind and powder in a blender
