Ingredients:
• Plain flour – 500 g
• Instant Yeast – 6 g
• Water – 250 g
• Sugar – 100 g
• Butter – 50 g
• For Filling:
• Shredded Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Sugar to taste
Method:
- Knead flour, fermented yeast, water, sugar and butter into a smooth dough
- Leave it to rise for half an hour
- Divide into two parts, roll it out with a rolling pin into rectangles
- Mix coconut and sugar and spread this on the rectangles. Now roll up the rectangles like swiss roll
- Steam this in high heat for 15 mins
- Serve by cutting into slices
