Ingredients:

• 2 – Coconuts
• 2 – Onions
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Arrowroot flour
• Green chillies – to taste
• 1 pod – Garlic
• 1 small – piece of Ginger
• ¼ tsp – Turmeric powder
• ½ cup – fresh Coriander leaves
• 10 cups – water
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the coconut and keep aside.
  2. Cut the vegetables.
  3. In a non-stick vessel put arrowroot flour, mix the grated coconut, chopped vegetables and turmeric powder.
  4. Add 10 cups of water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes
  5. Remove, filter through a strainer.
  6. Again boil the strained soup for 3 minutes
  7. Remove from the gas stove, add the required salt, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve.
