Ingredients:

• 250 g – medium Prawn
• 1/2 – Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 8 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Wash and devein the prawns, then grind them. Grind the coconut, too.
  2. Mix the ground coconut and prawns well until you get a paste.
  3. Make a paste of the mustard seeds and chillies.
  4. Now mix the prawn paste and the chilli paste with mustard oil and salt.
  5. Make a big patty (about half inch thick) with the mix and place it on a banana leaf. Cover with another banana leaf and place it on a frying pan to cook over a medium flame.
  6. Make sure both sides are cooked well.
  7. Cut the cake into diamonds and serve hot with rice.
