Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 bunches – chopped leaves
• 2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 5 – Onions
• 1 – Lime
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Coconut powder
• Red colour – a pinch
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Dara oil
• Salt
• Green chillies – 5
• Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with lime juice, salt, chilli powder, colour, ginger garlic powder, coriander powder for one hour. Chop the onions and deep fry in oil until red. Drain oil and keep aside.
  2. Heat one tsp oil add marinated chicken stir and cook untill chicken is tender.
  3. Put coconut powder, fried onions, finely chopped coriander leaves, little salt, black pepper powder and garam masala powder
  4. Stir properly and cook on low flame for five minutes. Take off the fire.
  5. Heat one tsp oil fry slit green chillies and curry leaves and garnish.
