Ingredients:

• 1.5 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1.5 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 3 – dry Red Chillies
• 3 strands – coriander
• 1/4 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1/2 tsp – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – ghee| | 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• A pinch – asafetida
• 4 – Curry leaves
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Grind together coconut, coriander seeds, cumin, coriander leaves and red chillies with little water.
  2. Dilute the masala and boil. Add tamarind paste, jaggery and boil for another 4-5 mins.
  3. Heat ghee, temper mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
  4. Serve.
