
Ingredients:
• Coriander leaves, a handful
• 2 tbsp – roasted unsalted Peanuts
• 3 tbsp – Coconut
• 2 Cloves – Garlic (optional)
• 2 – Red Chillies
• Salt
• Tamarind, a tiny piece
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste with some water.
