Ingredients:
• Paneer – 200 gm
• cooked Corn kernels – 2 cup
• Olive or soya oil – 1 tbsp
• Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
• curry powder – 2 tsp
• Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
• mayonnaise – ½ cup
• Lettuce – 2 bunch
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a small fry pan.
- Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
- Add curry powder, fry for few seconds.
- Add tomato ketchup and remove from fire.
- After the mixture cools, stir in the mayonnaise.
- Cut paneer into 1 cm cubes.
- Shred the lettuce.
- In a mixing bowl, combine paneer and corn kernels.
- Add the prepared dressing.
- Taste and correct the seasoning.
- Toss in the lettuce and serve at once.
