Ingredients:

• Paneer – 200 gm
• cooked Corn kernels – 2 cup
• Olive or soya oil – 1 tbsp
• Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
• curry powder – 2 tsp
• Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
• mayonnaise – ½ cup
• Lettuce – 2 bunch
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a small fry pan.
  2. Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  3. Add curry powder, fry for few seconds.
  4. Add tomato ketchup and remove from fire.
  5. After the mixture cools, stir in the mayonnaise.
  6. Cut paneer into 1 cm cubes.
  7. Shred the lettuce.
  8. In a mixing bowl, combine paneer and corn kernels.
  9. Add the prepared dressing.
  10. Taste and correct the seasoning.
  11. Toss in the lettuce and serve at once.
