
Ingredients:
• 250 g – white fish fillets
• 250 g – shelled Prawns
• 2 cups – Milk
• 2 cups – water
• 1 cup – sweet corn, Cream style
• 1 cup – onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – parsley, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Celery stalk, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – mixed dried herbs
• salt and pepper
Method:
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Add onion and celery and cook till they soften.
- Add parsley, mixed herbs, fish and prawns.
- Add water, salt and pepper. Let it simmer till the fish and prawns are cooked.
- Remove the fish with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate.
- Cool slowly and flake the fillets.
- Add the flaked fish back to the skillet.
- Add sweet corn and milk.
- Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
