
Ingredients:
• eggs – 2
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
• Spinach – 2 cups, shredded finely
• Corn flour – 1 tbsp
• Chicken or vegetable stock – 4 cup
• Monosodium Glutamate – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic until pink
- Add the spinach and stir fry lightly
- Mix the corn flour with the stock and add to the spinach
- Boil on a high flame and then simmer for 2 min
- Now add the sweet corn, salt, pepper and MSG
- When the soup boils, reduce the heat to keep the soup simmering
- Beat the eggs lightly and add to the soup through a sieve to obtain thin strands
- Remove from heat immediately
- Serve hot.
