
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Curd
• 1 – Beetroot
• 20 g – sweet Corn
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• Salt – to taste
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Cut the beetroot into small pieces.
- Boil sweet corn.
- Take a bowl, add curd, chopped beetroot, corn, salt, chaat masala and mix well
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
