
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Corn (cooked)
• 3 tbsp – Tomato paste
• 1 cup – Onion (finely chopped)
• 2 Cloves – Garlic (finely cut)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt – to taste
• Cooking oil – for frying
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry the onions, garlic, and tomato paste.
- Stir well and fry for a while.
- Then, add the cooked corn and the dry masalas (all the powders), and salt.
- Add one cup of water and allow to boil.
- Finally, add the coconut milk, stir well and serve hot.
