Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Corn (cooked)
• 3 tbsp – Tomato paste
• 1 cup – Onion (finely chopped)
• 2 Cloves – Garlic (finely cut)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt – to taste
• Cooking oil – for frying

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry the onions, garlic, and tomato paste.
  2. Stir well and fry for a while.
  3. Then, add the cooked corn and the dry masalas (all the powders), and salt.
  4. Add one cup of water and allow to boil.
  5. Finally, add the coconut milk, stir well and serve hot.
