
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken (big pieces)
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – Vinegar
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 1.5 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – dhaniya powder
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Corn flour or Channa flour
• 1 – Maggi stock cube (optional)
• 1 tbsp – Curd (optional)
• Pinch of Tomato red colour (optional)
Method:
- Wash chicken and drain water properly.
- Add all of the other ingredients to the chicken and put it aside for 3 to 4 hours.
- Then fry chicken pieces on kebab grills or in a microwave oven.
