Ingredients:

• 300 g – Corn kernels
• 8 – Curry leaves
• 4 – Green chilli chopped
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice.

Method:

  1. Cook the corn till soft with little water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the green chillies and curry leaves for 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked corn and lime juice and mix well.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
