Ingredients:
• 150g sweet Corn
• 2 tbsp crushed Peanuts
• 1 green Capsicum
• 1 cup shredded Cabbage
• 2 tsp Corn flour
• salt
• 1 Onion
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Cream
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp masala powder
• oil
• 1 cup Coriander leaves
Method:
- For the kofta:
- Crush the corn in a mixer.
- Mix corn, chopped capsicum, cabbage, ground peanuts, salt and corn flour together.
- Make balls and deep fry.
- For the gravy:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry chopped onion.
- When the onions are done, add the tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste, salt, spices and cook.
- Add 1 cup of water and simmer.
- Switch off the gas, add cream and coriander leaves.
- Place the kofta and pour gravy over it before serving.
