Ingredients:

• 150g sweet Corn
• 2 tbsp crushed Peanuts
• 1 green Capsicum
• 1 cup shredded Cabbage
• 2 tsp Corn flour
• salt
• 1 Onion
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Cream
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp masala powder
• oil
• 1 cup Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. For the kofta:
  2. Crush the corn in a mixer.
  3. Mix corn, chopped capsicum, cabbage, ground peanuts, salt and corn flour together.
  4. Make balls and deep fry.
  5. For the gravy:
  6. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry chopped onion.
  7. When the onions are done, add the tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste, salt, spices and cook.
  8. Add 1 cup of water and simmer.
  9. Switch off the gas, add cream and coriander leaves.
  10. Place the kofta and pour gravy over it before serving.
