Ingredients:
• 1 cup mashed, boiled Corn
• 3 bunches fresh Methi
• 2 tsp Garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 cup fresh Cream
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
• 2 to 3 tsp oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a while. Add fresh methi, cook for a good 5 minutes till you get the Methi aroma.
- Add garlic followed by red chilli powder.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook.
- Add corn and cook till it thickens.
- Finally, add fresh cream and cook on a low flame.
- Add salt to taste and garam masala.
- Serve with hot chapattis.
