
Ingredients:
• 1 cup rice, washed
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 tbsp Curd
• 1 cup corn, boiled
• salt to taste
• Grind for Masala Paste :
• 40 gm grated Coconut
• 1 cup chopped Onion
• 2 flakes Garlic
• 3 Green chillies
• 7g Poppy Seeds
• 1 cm Ginger
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Method:
- Put ghee in a casserole and melt it on high for one minute.
- Saute the masala paste, cover and cook on high for three minutes.
- Mix in the rice, cover and cook on high for two minutes till roasted.
- Add hot water and salt.
- Cover partially and cook on high for 14 minutes or until the rice is cooked, stirring every five minutes.
- Add curd and corn. Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
