Ingredients:

• 500 g – basmati Rice
• 100 g – American Corn
• 1 – bunch Spinach
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Garlic Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – cumin
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Boil the corn and cook the rice. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, garlic – ginger paste, chopped green chillies and onion.
  3. When they turn brown, add the chopped tomatoes.
  4. When they are done, add chopped spinach and salt.
  5. When the spinach leaves get cooked, add corn and rice.
  6. Mix well and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
