
Ingredients:
• 500 g – basmati Rice
• 100 g – American Corn
• 1 – bunch Spinach
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Garlic Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – cumin
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Boil the corn and cook the rice. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, garlic – ginger paste, chopped green chillies and onion.
- When they turn brown, add the chopped tomatoes.
- When they are done, add chopped spinach and salt.
- When the spinach leaves get cooked, add corn and rice.
- Mix well and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
