Ingredients:

• Corn kernels 3 cups
• Besan or Gram flour 3/4 cup
• Coconut powder 1 cup
• Green chillies 3-4
• Jeera 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Coarse grind the corn kernels in the mixer.
  2. Chop the chillies finely.
  3. Now mix the besan, coconut powder, green chillies, jeera powder and salt with the ground corn.
  4. Mould the mix into desired shapes.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until brown.
  6. Serve hot with sauce.
