
Ingredients:
• Corn kernels 3 cups
• Besan or Gram flour 3/4 cup
• Coconut powder 1 cup
• Green chillies 3-4
• Jeera 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Coarse grind the corn kernels in the mixer.
- Chop the chillies finely.
- Now mix the besan, coconut powder, green chillies, jeera powder and salt with the ground corn.
- Mould the mix into desired shapes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until brown.
- Serve hot with sauce.
