Ingredients:

• Plain cornflakes – 100 g
• Sugar – 100 g
• Ghee – 2 tsp
• Fresh grated Coconut – 2 tsp
• Raisin – 1 tsp
• Cashewnut – 1 tsp
• Warm Milk – 2-3 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind sugar in a mixie. Then crush the cornflakes in the mixie (not too fine). Mix together.
  2. Fry the cashewnuts in ghee and add to the mixture.
  3. Add the coconut on top and then warm milk. Roll the mixture into laddus of medium size.
  4. Garnish with raisins and serve.
