
Ingredients:
• Plain cornflakes – 100 g
• Sugar – 100 g
• Ghee – 2 tsp
• Fresh grated Coconut – 2 tsp
• Raisin – 1 tsp
• Cashewnut – 1 tsp
• Warm Milk – 2-3 tsp
Method:
- Grind sugar in a mixie. Then crush the cornflakes in the mixie (not too fine). Mix together.
- Fry the cashewnuts in ghee and add to the mixture.
- Add the coconut on top and then warm milk. Roll the mixture into laddus of medium size.
- Garnish with raisins and serve.
