
Ingredients:
• 10 pieces – boneless Chicken
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 20 g – Cashewnut paste
• 150 g – Spinach (shredded)
• 15 g – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2.5 tsp – Garam Masala
• 10 g – khoya
• 25 g – Butter
• 3 g – deggi mirch
• 100 g – Cream
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the cashewnut paste, curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, salt and deggi mirch.
- Marinate the chicken in this paste and roast in a tandoor.
- Add butter in a pan, add finely shredded spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato puree, chicken pieces, cream and khoya. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
