Ingredients:
• 2.5 tbsp – Bajra flour
• 1/4 cup – fresh curds
• 3 pinches – cumin powder
• 2 cups – water
• salt to taste
Method:
- Beat curd till smooth. Add water to make smooth buttermilk.
- Add flour, and beat well with a fork.
- Add salt, mix well.
- Cook while stirring continuously.
- When in starts Boiled, simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle cumin powder and mix.
- Stir occasionally for smooth and thick texture.
- Serve piping hot with chips.
