Ingredients:

• 2.5 tbsp – Bajra flour
• 1/4 cup – fresh curds
• 3 pinches – cumin powder
• 2 cups – water
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat curd till smooth. Add water to make smooth buttermilk.
  2. Add flour, and beat well with a fork.
  3. Add salt, mix well.
  4. Cook while stirring continuously.
  5. When in starts Boiled, simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cumin powder and mix.
  7. Stir occasionally for smooth and thick texture.
  8. Serve piping hot with chips.
