
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – leftover trifle or fruit pudding
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – biscuits, crushed coarsely
Method:
- Beat together all the ingredients, except the biscuits. Beat until soft and light and smooth.
- Save 1 tbsp of biscuit crush, add the remaining into the mixture. Fold in gently.
- Pour into a setting dish or individual containers.
- Sprinkle the remaining biscuit crush on top. Set till firm. Top with sliced fruit or whipped cream. Serve chilled.
