Ingredients:

• Cheese slice – 2
• Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
• Onion – 1 (medium, finely chopped)
• Tomato – 1 (large, finely chopped)
• Garlic – 2-3 Cloves (crushed)
• Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Milk – 1/4 cup
• Mexican seasoning – 1 tsp
• Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp (for cooking)
• Coriander leaves – 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put some olive oil on low heat in a saucepan.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion becomes transparent. Add in the chilli.
  3. Add the tomatoes followed by cheese slices, milk, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.
  4. When the mixture starts boiling, cook over low heat until it thickens like sauce.
  5. Add Mexican seasoning and mix well.
  6. Add fresh coriander leaves and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the Salsa dip with Nachos.
