Ingredients:
• Cheese slice – 2
• Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
• Onion – 1 (medium, finely chopped)
• Tomato – 1 (large, finely chopped)
• Garlic – 2-3 Cloves (crushed)
• Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Milk – 1/4 cup
• Mexican seasoning – 1 tsp
• Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp (for cooking)
• Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Method:
- Put some olive oil on low heat in a saucepan.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion becomes transparent. Add in the chilli.
- Add the tomatoes followed by cheese slices, milk, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.
- When the mixture starts boiling, cook over low heat until it thickens like sauce.
- Add Mexican seasoning and mix well.
- Add fresh coriander leaves and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Salsa dip with Nachos.
