Ingredients:
• 4 – medium-sized Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onions
• 1/2 cup – cheese
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• 1 – boiled Potato
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1/2 cup – Corn flour
• 1 cup – breadcrumb
• 1/2 l – oil for frying
• 1 cup – water
• salt to taste
Method:
- Peel the tomatoes with a knife. Cut the upper part of the tomatoes and make a small hole.
- Take capsicum, onion, grated cheese, cream and salt and mix well.
- Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
- Mash the potato and cover the tomatoes.
- Take maida, corn flour and water and make a thick paste.
- Dip the tomatoes in the paste. Roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry the tomatoes in oil until golden brown.
- Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
