Ingredients:

• 3 Onions
• 3 Potatoes
• 3 Tomatoes
• 1 chopped Onion
• 1 large Capsicum
• 2 finely chopped Tomatoes
• 2 – tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tsp – Paprika
• 2 tbsp – refined oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut all the vegetables into big pieces, add 6 cups of water and put in a pressure cooker.
  2. When cooked, blend in a mixer, strain.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the onion for one minute.
  4. Add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry again for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the stalk and boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.
  7. For the garnish sprinkle paprika or you can top it with cream.
