Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken mince
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – chilli Garlic sauce
• 1 tbsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp – plain flour
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 – Egg
• 4 tbsp – bread crumbs.

Method:

  1. Mix the chicken mince, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, chilli garlic sauce, pepper powder and a little salt.
  2. Make a thick batter with the maida, corn flour, salt and milk.
  3. Form the chicken mince into square nuggets.
  4. Dip the nuggets one by one in the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken nuggets till golden brown and crispy on the both sides.
  6. Serve.
