Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fresh fish fillets
• 1 – Egg white, beaten
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp – melted Butter
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees C.
  2. Mix in egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the fillets in egg.
  4. Roll it in bread crumbs.
  5. Place it in a greased baking dish in a single layer.
  6. Pour the melted butter over fillets.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes (for every half-inch thickness) till fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
