
Ingredients:
• medium size Prawns – 25-30
• soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• chilli powder – 1 tsp
• pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• ginger- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• salt to taste
• Corn flour as required
• oil to fry
Method:
- Shell the prawns but leave the tails in tact. De vein, wash and pat dry.
- Mix with rest of the ingredients from Soya sauce to salt. Allow to soak for 1/2 hr.
- Add enough corn flour to absorb all the moisture.
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry the prawns few at a time in moderately hot oil. Serve immediately.
