Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Mutton
• 1.5 piece – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 5 Red Chillies
• 2 Green chillies
• 1 Lemon
• 1.5 cup – oil
• Mint and Coriander leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind together chillies, ginger and poppy seeds.
  2. Boil mutton, cool and flake, discarding bone.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the mutton until well browned. Drain
  4. Reheat oil and fry ground spices with salt for a few minutes.
  5. Add mutton, mix well and heap into a flat dish.
  6. Garnish with green chillies, coriander and wedges of lemon.
