
Ingredients:
• noodles – 1 packet
• Finely sliced Onion – 1 cup
• Finely sliced Capsicum – 1 cup
• Finely sliced Cabbage – 1 cup
• Finely sliced Carrot – 1 cup
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp (or more for frying)
Method:
- Boil and cook the noodles. To the cooked noodles, add cold water and filter it.
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the noodles and mix well so that the noodles do not stick to each other.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
- Add the capsicum, carrot, and cabbage. Also add the ginger paste, chilli powder, tomato sauce, asafoetida, and salt.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 cups of oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the boiled noodles.
- Break the deep-fried noodles and add them to the vegetable mixture and serve hot.
