Ingredients:

• 1 kg – very thin sliced Potato
• 2 tbsp – white Vinegar
• salt
• oil

Method:

  1. Cut the potatoes as thin as you can. Soak in vinegar for 3 mins. Heat oil and fry potato until light brown.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Serve hot and crispy potato chips.
