
Ingredients:
• 250g- Medium Prawns
• 1/2 cup- Gram flour
• 1/2 tsp- Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Shell the prawns and de-vein them.
- Marinate the prawns with red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
- Make a thin batter of gram flour, and add the prawns to it.
- Heat oil in a kadai, drop a spoonful of batter, and fry them slowly till they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
