Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Peanuts (coarsely crushed)
• 1 cup – puffed Wheat (coarsely broken)

Method:

  1. Melt sugar in a heavy pan, stirring slowly till all sugar has melted.
  2. When completely dissolved and light golden, add in peanuts.
  3. Take off fire and add in puffed wheat.
  4. Mix and pour on to a greased surface. Mix with greased palms.
  5. Quickly shape into ping pong ball-sized laddoos.
  6. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
