
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Peanuts (coarsely crushed)
• 1 cup – puffed Wheat (coarsely broken)
Method:
- Melt sugar in a heavy pan, stirring slowly till all sugar has melted.
- When completely dissolved and light golden, add in peanuts.
- Take off fire and add in puffed wheat.
- Mix and pour on to a greased surface. Mix with greased palms.
- Quickly shape into ping pong ball-sized laddoos.
- Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
