Ingredients:
• 200g – sweet Corn
• 25g – Maida
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – big sized onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – green chilli, chopped
• 1 to 2 tsp – capsicum, chopped (red, yellow, green)
• Black pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• Chaat masala
• 1 tsp – chopped green coriander
• Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
• 1 – small-sized chopped Tomato
Method:
- Take a pan and put in sweet corn, maida, garlic paste, black pepper, salt, and 1 teaspoon of oil and stir.
- Then fry in oil on a medium flame till crisp and golden.
- Before serving, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander, and chaat masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coffee or tea.
