Ingredients:

• 200g – sweet Corn
• 25g – Maida
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – big sized onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – green chilli, chopped
• 1 to 2 tsp – capsicum, chopped (red, yellow, green)
• Black pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• Chaat masala
• 1 tsp – chopped green coriander
• Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
• 1 – small-sized chopped Tomato

Method:

  1. Take a pan and put in sweet corn, maida, garlic paste, black pepper, salt, and 1 teaspoon of oil and stir.
  2. Then fry in oil on a medium flame till crisp and golden.
  3. Before serving, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander, and chaat masala.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coffee or tea.
