
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – potatoes, boiled and cut into thick wedges
• 3 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – spice powder/garam masala
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper powder
• 3 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Ginger
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Egg beaten
Method:
- Marinate the potato wedges with beaten egg, chilli powder, coriander leaves, spice powder, pepper powder, chopped ginger, and salt for half an hour.
- Roll each wedge in bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot oil on both sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
