Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – potatoes, boiled and cut into thick wedges
• 3 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – spice powder/garam masala
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper powder
• 3 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Ginger
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Egg beaten

Method:

  1. Marinate the potato wedges with beaten egg, chilli powder, coriander leaves, spice powder, pepper powder, chopped ginger, and salt for half an hour.
  2. Roll each wedge in bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot oil on both sides till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
