2 cups grated fresh carrot
1/2 cup dry roasted peanut
1 teaspoon jaggery
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon rock salt (or as per taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala powder (optional)
1. Grind peanuts, jaggery, rock salt and enough water to make a thick paste.
2. Mix dressing with carrot, add lemon juice, black pepper powder and chaat masala.
3. Mix well and serve chilled.
