Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish
• 1 – Onion
• 12 Cloves – Garlic
• 1-inch piece – Ginger
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 – egg, beaten
• Bread crumbs for coating
• Salt to taste and oil for frying
Method:
- Clean and bone fish.
- Cut lengthwise into fingers.
- Grind together onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Mix in coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice.
- Rub masala into fish fingers on all sides.
- Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
