Ingredients:

• Marie Biscuits- 1 cup [crushed].
• Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Crushed Groundnut – 1/2 cup
• Sesame seeds [white] – 1/4 cup
• Corn flakes – 1/4 cup
• Milk Powder – 1/4 cup
• Coco Powder – 2tbsp
• Milk Maid 2-3 tbsp
• Extra Desiccated Coconut for rolling
• Butter 2 tbsp [or ghee]

Method:

  1. Heat the butter in a kadai.
  2. Fry dessicated coconut, crushed groundnuts and sesame seeds till light brown.
  3. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder, crushed marie biscuits. Keep in a low flame and stir well.
  4. Then add milkmaid and milk if required for binding. Mix well.
  5. Take off from fire. Make into medium sized balls.
  6. Roll them in dessicated coconut.
  7. Decorate them with cherries.
