Ingredients:
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1.5 cup- Rice flour
• 1/2 cup- whole Wheat flour
• 6- Green chillies
• 3 tbsp- grated Coconut
• 4 tsp -sugar
• 1- Ginger piece
• 1 sprig- Curry leaves
• Salt
• Ghee
Method:
- Peel the cucumber skin, remove the rind & grate it.
- To this, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Add water if required.
- This shouldn’t be watery.
- Spread this on the tava & fry both sides with ghee.
- Serve hot.
