Ingredients:
• 200g – Boiled Rice
• 50g – Raw Rice
• 250g- Jaggery
• 250g -Cucumber
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• 4-5 Cardamom, powdered
Method:
- Soak the rice overnight and grind it the following day into a thick non-watery batter.
- Add jaggery, grated cucumber, and grated coconut to the ground rice, and grind it till all the ingredients are well-blended.
- Add cardamom and just a pinch of salt (optional).
- Remove the batter, mix a tablespoon of pure ghee, and either steam or bake it till done.
