Ingredients:

• ?kg – Cucumber
• ?to ?cup – fresh Curd
• For masala:
• ?tsp – mustard powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 chilli, chopped finely
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and grate the cucumber.
  2. Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Press and remove the extra water.
  4. Beat the curd. Add grated cucumber and all the masalas.
  5. Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Chill and serve.
