Ingredients:

• 6 chapatis or tortillas
• 1 small onion, cut into thin strips
• 3 spring onions, chopped
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped finely
• 1 small capsicum/green pepper, chopped finely
• 3 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – thick curd/yogurt
• 1- green chilli, chopped
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the chapatis).
  2. Heat the chapatis lightly.
  3. Spoon the prepared mixture near one end of each chapati and roll tightly to form a roll.
  4. Wrap one end of the roll with a paper napkin/silver foil.
  5. Serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
